Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Operating Room position requiring 3+ years of OR experience in a Level 1 Trauma setting.
Details
- Operating Room unit with 16 ORs in a Level 1 Trauma facility
- Shift hours from 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM
- 26-week assignment length
- Weekend call required on a rotating basis
- Major and minor holiday coverage assigned
Requirements
- Active TX RN license or compact license required
- BLS certification (AHA) required
- Minimum 3 years of OR nursing experience required
- Level 1 Trauma experience preferred
- Experience in ortho, neuro, robotics, and plastics procedures preferred
- Current license and primary source verification required within 30 days prior to start
Additional Information
- Provide perioperative nursing care across a high-volume, multi-specialty OR unit
- Radius rule applies which may affect local candidate pay rate
- Local candidates accepted at a reduced rate based on facility-specific radius requirements
