Description

American Traveler is hiring an RN - Med/Surg for a Cardiology Pre-Post Cath unit, requiring 2 years of experience and an active FL or compact RN license.

Details

General medical/surgical unit within Cardiology-Pre-Post Cath department
13-week assignment with a night shift schedule (18:45-07:15)
Every other weekend required

Requirements

Active FL or compact RN license required
Current BLS certification (AHA)
Minimum 2 years of recent nursing experience required
Nursys license verification required within 30 days prior to start

Additional Information

Provide direct patient care on a general medical/surgical unit supporting cardiology pre- and post-cath patients
Holiday coverage required for two of the three major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day
Local candidates accepted, though a radius rule may apply affecting pay rate
First-time travelers may be considered
