Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Medical Surgical position requiring 2+ years of MS experience and a TX or compact RN license.
Details
- Med/Surg unit on the 3rd floor with 36 beds
- Day shift, 7a-7p
- Patient ratio of 6:1
- No call responsibilities
- No floating required
- EMR system used is MEDHOST
- Scrub color required: Royal Blue
- Must work all holidays
Requirements
- Active RN license (TX or compact) required
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA or ARC)
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
- Med/Surg experience required
- Travel experience preferred
Additional Information
- Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
- RTO requests must be submitted in advance with a maximum of 3 days
- No gaps in work history exceeding 90 days within the past 12 months
- Not eligible if previously employed as permanent staff at any CHS facility within the past 2 years
