Description

American Traveler is hiring a Travel ICU RN for night shifts requiring critical care experience and ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications.

Details

• Work in a 10-bed Intensive/Coronary Care Unit
• Patient ratio of 1:1 to 1:3 depending on acuity
• Night shift schedule from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM
• Occasional floating required
• No on-call requirements
• Uses MedHost EMR

Requirements

• Active MO or compact RN license required
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Certifications must not expire within first 30 days of assignment
• Minimum 1 year of recent critical care/ICU experience required
• Balloon pump, Impella, and trauma care experience preferred
• TNCC certification preferred
• Experience with drip titration and ventilator management nursing

Additional Information

• Scrub color: any solid color accepted
• Must not have worked as permanent staff at any CHS facility within the past 2 years
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• RTO requests must be less than 1 week
• Must live outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be considered
• Local candidates will not be considered for this position
