Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Operating Room position at a Level 1 trauma center, requiring prior travel and high-acuity trauma experience.

Details

• 10-hour day shift schedule
• Call, weekend, and holiday coverage required
• No block scheduling available
• Travelers expected to work 4 weekend shifts per month

Requirements

• Active RN license (GA or Compact)
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• Level 1 trauma center experience required
• High rating on skills checklist required, including neuro and vascular competencies
• Experience in high-acuity, high-volume hospital settings with complex and severe cases required
• Proficiency with Outlook, Workday, and Shift Wizard required
• Must have personal electronic device to access required applications

• Candidates must demonstrate proven success in high-pressure, large-scale trauma environments
• Candidates limited to small or low-volume hospital experience will not be considered
• Accepts local candidates at the same rate as the travel rate
