Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced Neuro ICU RN with Epic experience and prior neuro background for a Level 1/Level 2 trauma facility.
Details
- Neuro ICU unit setting at a large Level 1/Level 2 trauma facility
- Patient population includes stroke, neurosurgery, complex spine, and other neuro-specific diagnoses and complications
- Performs or assists with special procedures including EVDs and therapeutic thermoregulation
- Day shift schedule, 3x12 hours from 06:45 to 19:15
- 4x12 schedule available upon request
- 13-week assignment with option to extend up to 26 weeks by request
Requirements
- Active RN license (VA or Compact) required
- Epic EMR experience required
- Prior Neuro ICU experience required
- Experience in a large Level 1/Level 2 trauma facility required
- Two professional references required for consideration
- Copies of driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration
Additional Information
- Provide critical care nursing support to complex neuro and spine patients
- ASAP start preferred
