Description

American Traveler is seeking a Respiratory Therapist for a NICU night shift travel assignment requiring RRT licensure and ACLS/NRP certification.

Details

• Work in the Respiratory Therapy department at a 332-bed hospital with a Level II Neonatal Intensive Care Unit
• Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• 13-week assignment length

Requirements

• Active RRT license required if applicable
• Current BLS and ACLS certification from AHA or ARC with no certifications expiring within the first 30 days of start
• Current Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Advanced 9th Edition certification required for staff caring for neonates
• Minimum 6 months of experience within the last 6 months in the specialty
• No gaps in work history equaling 90 days or more in the past 12 months

Additional Information

• Provide respiratory therapy care to neonatal patients in the NICU setting
• First-time travelers may be considered
• 50-mile radius rule applies and local candidates will not be considered
