Description
American Traveler is hiring a Cath Lab/EP Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment requiring cath lab experience and RCIS certification.
Details
- 2nd floor Cath Lab in the South Tower
- Typical unit census of 120 with 3-4 staff per room
- Day shift schedule of 4x10 hour shifts, Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- After-hours and weekend coverage on a rotational call basis
- Equipment includes GE, Philips, and Siemens systems
- Uses Merge EMR
- Procedures include EP, structural heart, and coronary interventions
- May float to cath lab pre and post areas
Requirements
- Cath lab experience required
- EP and structural heart experience preferred
- Current ACLS, BLS, and RCIS certification required
- License required if applicable
- Minimum of 6 months experience within the last 6 months for allied candidates
- No employment gaps of 90+ days or more within the past 12 months
Additional Information
- Self-motivated and team-focused candidates preferred
- Participate in rotational call coverage with existing staff
- Royal blue scrub color required
- Candidates must live outside a 50-mile radius of the facility; no local candidates accepted
