Description

American Traveler is hiring an Ultrasound Technologist/Sonographer for a day-shift position requiring ARDMS or RVT certification and recent specialty experience.

Details

• Radiology-Ultrasound department setting
• Patient population includes neonate, infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients
• Exams performed include General, Vascular, OB, GYN, Small Parts, and Pediatric sonography
• Equipment used includes GE Logic E10, GE Logic E9, and Philips Affiniti
• Day shift schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
• No call and no weekends required
• Must be willing to float to other units
• EMR used is Meditech

Requirements

• ARDMS certification required, or RVT (RVS)
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in sonography/ultrasound specialty
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and physics as related to sonography patient care
• Active state or compact license required for consideration, no pending or temporary licenses accepted
• License required if applicable
