Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced ICU RN with 2+ years of ICU and travel experience for a day shift assignment requiring a TX or compact RN license.

Details

• Work in the ICU of a hospital setting
• Day shift schedule with 3x12 or 4x12 hour shifts from 7:00 to 19:00
• Floating required to PCU, overflow, and ED hold, including taking a 4-patient assignment
• Epic charting system experience preferred

Requirements

• Active TX or compact RN license currently in hand
• Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, and either ENPC or PALS
• TNCC certification preferred
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required
• Previous travel nursing experience required

Additional Information

• Facility conducts its own mandatory drug screen upon arrival, which includes testing for marijuana
• A positive drug screen result will result in automatic cancellation with no exceptions
• Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility, as local candidates are not accepted
• Candidates must be available to complete any required lab work within 72 hours of accepting an offer
