Description

American Traveler is hiring a Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a 13-week acute care assignment requiring CNMT certification and heavy cardiac imaging experience.

Details

• Acute care hospital setting within the Radiology/Nuclear Medicine department
• 75-bed facility treating adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients
• Day shift, Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
• Uses GE equipment (Infinia II)
• Charting via MedHost and NovaRad PACS system
• No weekend or call requirements
• No floating required

Requirements

• CNMT certification required (license required if applicable)
• 2+ years of experience preferred
• Associate's Degree required
• Must have experience with IV placement and heavy cardiac imaging
• Preferred experience with Cardiac QGS/QPS
• Able to work with full spectrum of common diagnoses and treatments

Additional Information

• Team-oriented personality fit preferred
• Black scrubs required; crocs not permitted
• Candidates must reside 60 miles or more from the facility to qualify for travel rate
• Local candidates within 60 miles may be considered at a local rate
• Candidates who have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months are not eligible
• Candidates cannot be employed elsewhere full time
• First-time travelers may be considered
