Description

American Traveler is seeking a Respiratory Therapist - Certified for an inpatient day shift role requiring 2+ years of experience across multiple units including ICU, ED, and peds.

Details

• Inpatient setting covering ED, ICU, PCU, Pre-OP, behavioral health, med/surg, level 2 nursery, and peds
• Must have some pediatric experience
• Day shift schedule, 10-hour shifts, 4 shifts per week
• Floating within scope to other like units required

Requirements

• RRT preferred
• Active IL license required if applicable
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required (AHA only)
• NRP certification preferred
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in the specialty required
• Cerner EMR experience strongly preferred
• 2 professional references from similar experience (1-2 years) required

Additional Information

• Provide respiratory therapy services across a wide range of inpatient units
• 50-mile radius rule applies with no exceptions
• RTO must be disclosed at time of consideration
