Description

American Traveler is hiring a Med/Surg RN for a 13-week travel assignment requiring 2+ years of Med/Surg experience and ortho experience.

Details

Med-Surg units with 2nd floor (24 beds) and 1st floor Med-Surg 2 (12-16 beds)
Night shift schedule, 12-hour shifts (19:00-07:30), 36 hours per week
Floating required from SGU to Med-Surg unit
Navy blue scrub color required

Requirements

Active RN license (Georgia or Compact) currently in hand
Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
Minimum 2 years of Med-Surg RN experience required
Orthopedic experience required
COVID-19 vaccination card or approved declination required for consideration

Additional Information

Provide direct patient care on Med-Surg units
Local candidates accepted at the same rate as traveler rate with no radius rule
Permanent employees must be separated from the facility for at least 90 days to return as a traveler
