Description

American Traveler is hiring a Med/Surg RN for a 13-week travel assignment requiring 2+ years of Med/Surg experience and ortho experience.

Details

• Med-Surg units with 2nd floor (24 beds) and 1st floor Med-Surg 2 (12-16 beds)
• Night shift schedule, 12-hour shifts (19:00-07:30), 36 hours per week
• Floating required from SGU to Med-Surg unit
• Navy blue scrub color required

Requirements

• Active RN license (Georgia or Compact) currently in hand
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
• Minimum 2 years of Med-Surg RN experience required
• Orthopedic experience required
• COVID-19 vaccination card or approved declination required for consideration

Additional Information

• Provide direct patient care on Med-Surg units
• Local candidates accepted at the same rate as traveler rate with no radius rule
• Permanent employees must be separated from the facility for at least 90 days to return as a traveler
