Description
American Traveler is hiring a travel Ultrasound Technologist/Sonographer with 2+ years of vascular and general sonography experience and RVT/RDMS certification.
Details
- 13-week assignment with 12-hour shifts
- Shift options include Monday-Thursday 7:30 PM-6:00 AM or Friday-Sunday 7:00 PM-7:30 AM
- Weekend coverage required
- On-call hours required
- Will cover a new freestanding ER located about 3 miles from the main facility
- Must be able to perform most ultrasound exams excluding echo
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in vascular sonography
- Minimum 2 years of experience in general diagnostic sonography
- RVT certification through ARDMS required
- License required if applicable
- Proficient in both vascular and general registered sonography exams
Additional Information
- Overtime must be pre-approved
- COVID-19 vaccination (2 doses) or approved declination required
- Accepts local candidates at the same rate as traveler rate
- No radius rule in place
- Permanent employees must be separated for 90 days before returning as a traveler
