Description

American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist with 2+ years of experience for a day shift acute care position covering multiple hospital units.

Details

Acute care hospital setting covering ED, PCU, and med surg units
RT covers all hospital units
Day shift, 12.5-hour shifts from 06:45 AM to 07:15 PM
Schedule includes two weekdays, every other weekend, and some holidays

Requirements

RRT certification required
Minimum 2 years of experience required
BLS and NRP certifications required
License required if applicable
Pulmonary function experience preferred
ACLS and PALS certifications preferred
Two professional references from previous managers required for consideration

Local candidates within 60 miles accepted at a reduced rate
Candidates with prior work history at Northwell or Nuvance Health locations are subject to an eligibility review process that may extend standard processing time
