Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Operating Room position at an outpatient surgery center requiring 2+ years of specialty experience and holiday coverage.
Details
- Work in the operating room of a Duluth Outpatient Center
- 10-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday, 6:45 AM to 5:15 PM
- 4 shifts per week, 40 hours guaranteed weekly
- No on-call responsibilities
Requirements
- Active RN license (GA or Compact) currently in hand
- Current AHA BLS certification required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience within the OR specialty required
Additional Information
- Holiday coverage required for 2 of the 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) plus 1 minor holiday (Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve)
- Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible for this position
- Returning perm staff applying as non-local travelers must have a 2-year break in service before reapplying
- RTO must be requested upfront prior to offer acceptance and cannot be requested afterward
