Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for an outpatient orthopedic/MSK clinic requiring EPIC EMR experience and an active PT license.

Details

Outpatient orthopedic and musculoskeletal setting
Monday through Friday schedule, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week
Uses EPIC for documentation

Requirements

Active PT license required at time of consideration; license required if applicable
Licenses and certifications must be active; pending credentials not accepted
Last 4 digits of SSN and date of birth required for consideration

Additional Information

Local candidates welcome, as local rate matches travel rate
Returning travelers must observe required break periods between assignments per facility tenure policy
Permanent staff must be away for 6 months before being eligible for a travel assignment
