Description
American Traveler is hiring a Radiology Technologist - X-Ray for a Level I trauma center, requiring ARRT certification and strong OR experience.
Details
- Level I trauma center setting covering ED, OR, trauma bay, and inpatient units plus general x-ray needs
- 4x10 day shifts from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM
- Call and holiday coverage required, every other weekend and every other holiday
- Uses Toshiba and GE scanners with Radiant RIS/EMR and Fuji PACS
- Travelers are first to float
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience required
- Large hospital and Level I/II trauma experience needed
- Graduate of an accredited radiography program
- ARRT registration required
- BLS certification required
- License required if applicable
- Strong OR experience required
- Epic charting experience required
Additional Information
- Work alongside a team of technologists in a busy Level 1 Trauma Center
- Max RTO of 10 days per contract, with no RTO allowed during the initial weeks of the assignment
- Permanent address must be greater than 100 miles from the facility to be eligible to apply
- More than one call-off results in termination, and a no call/no show results in immediate termination
- First-time travelers may be considered for the right candidate
