Description

American Traveler is seeking a Pediatric Respiratory Therapist for a night shift critical care position requiring RRT certification and 1+ years of travel experience.

Details

• Pediatric Critical Care (RRT) unit
• Night shift schedule, 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• 0.9 FTE position with 2 openings
• May float between this facility and a sister hospital location approximately 12 miles away

Requirements

• Current RRT certification required
• BLS certification required (AHA-issued only; RQI certifications not accepted)
• PALS certification required (AHA-issued)
• Missouri state license required if applicable
• Minimum 1 year of travel experience required
• Pediatric experience required
• Must pass a medication/dosage competency test with 100% accuracy (up to 3 attempts allowed)
• Two professional references from a supervisor-level or higher completed within the last 12 months
• Date of birth and Social Security number required for consideration

Additional Information

• Provide respiratory care services to pediatric patients in a critical care setting
• Local candidates accepted at the same bill rate
• First-time travelers will be considered
• Facility is a smoke-free and nicotine-free campus with nicotine testing
