Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Medical/Surgical unit position requiring BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications with a WI or compact license.

Details

Work in the Medical/Surgical unit of a hospital setting
12-hour day shifts from 07:00-19:30
Every other weekend and every other holiday required
Float to sites within 40 miles as needed
Epic EMR experience preferred

Requirements

Active WI or compact RN license required
Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
3 years of experience preferred
Prior travel nursing experience preferred
Nursys verification required within 30 days prior to start
Current license and primary source verification required within 30 days prior to start

Additional Information

Provide medical/surgical nursing care to patients
Must reside within the facility's local radius rule for the full travel pay rate
Local candidates accepted at a reduced rate
Only one application permitted per Ascension facility system-wide
