Description
American Traveler is hiring a night-shift RN for an Oncology Med/Surg unit requiring at least 2 years of nursing experience and an IN or compact RN license.
Details
- Work on a 16-bed Oncology Unit for adults
- Patient population includes oncology, hematology, end-of-life/hospice, and overflow Med/Surg cases
- Night shift schedule from 18:45 to 07:15
- 13-week assignment length
Requirements
- Active IN or compact RN license required
- BLS certification required (must be AHA)
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required
- Nursys license verification required within 30 days prior to start
- Current license and primary source verification required within 30 days prior to start
Additional Information
- Responsible for patient assessment, intervention, medication administration, and documentation in EHR
- Implement and monitor plans of care and assist with ADLs
- Follow through on physician orders and observe patient status changes
- COVID vaccination is not required
- Radius rule applies, allowing local candidates at a reduced rate depending on facility location
- Clinicians must have a US Social Security Number and provide a US home address
