Description

American Traveler is hiring an MRI Technologist with 3+ years of experience for a hospital-based Radiology/Cardiology role requiring ARRT (MR) certification.

Details

• Hospital-based practice covering ER, inpatient, and outpatient settings
• Day shift, 3x12 hours, Friday/Saturday/Sunday, 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
• Uses GE equipment and Agfa PACS (experience preferred)
• Charts using EPIC
• May float within the hospital or to nearby affiliate hospitals

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of MRI Technologist experience required
• BLS and ARRT (MR) certification required
• Must be licensed to practice in SC at time of consideration, no pending licenses accepted
• License required if applicable
• GE and Agfa PACS experience preferred
• Experience with adult acute care patient population
• Two supervisory references required
• Copy of certifications required for consideration

Additional Information

• First-time travelers will not be considered for this role
• Candidates should expect to work some holidays
• RTO should be kept to a minimum, with no time off requested in the first two weeks of the assignment or full calendar weeks off during the assignment
• Any RTO must be approved and documented prior to the start of the assignment
• Local candidates accepted at the local rate
• Must live outside a 50 mile radius of the facility to qualify for travel rate
• Former permanent staff must have been separated from the facility for at least 5 years before being eligible to return as a traveler
