Description

American Traveler is hiring an MRI Technologist with 3+ years of experience and ARRT (MR) certification for a hospital-based radiology/cardiology role.

Details

• Hospital-based practice covering ER, inpatient, and outpatient settings
• 3x12 hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, including Friday/Saturday/Sunday coverage
• Uses GE equipment and Agfa PACS, experience preferred
• Charting completed in Epic
• Candidates will float within the hospital or to nearby affiliate hospitals

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience as an MRI Technologist
• BLS and ARRT (MR) certification required
• Must hold an active SC license at time of submission; no pending licenses accepted; license required if applicable
• Experience in adult acute care settings
• Two supervisory references required
• Copy of certifications required for consideration

Additional Information

• First-time travelers will not be considered
• Candidates must live within a 50 mile radius or accept local rate if closer
• Former permanent staff must have been separated from the facility for 5 years before being eligible to return as a traveler
• RTO should be kept to a minimum, with no requests during the first two weeks of the assignment; all time off must be approved and documented prior to start
• Candidates should expect to work some holidays
• Local candidates accepted at the local rate
