Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Intermediate Care/Stepdown Unit position requiring recent ICU and critical care experience.
Details
- Work in the Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU) Stepdown setting
- Day shift schedule, 3x12-hour shifts from 7:00 to 19:00
- 13-week assignment with possible extension
- Some weekend shifts required
- Holiday coverage required
Requirements
- Active RN license (GA or Compact) currently in hand
- Current certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
- Minimum one year of recent Critical Care and ICU experience required
- Proficient with IV starts, lab draws/sample collecting, and titrating critical drips
- Two professional references required for consideration
- Copy of driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration
Additional Information
- Previous travel nursing experience preferred
- Royal blue scrubs required and not provided by facility
- Minimal to no time off permitted during assignment
- Candidates must live more than 30 miles from the facility to be eligible for full travel pay rate
