Description

American Traveler is seeking a Certified Respiratory Therapist for a night shift inpatient position covering multiple hospital units and requiring 3+ years of specialty experience.

Details

Inpatient coverage across ED, ICU, PCU, pre-op, Behavioral Health, Med Surg, Level 2 nursery, and pediatrics
Treats patients of all ages
Night shift, 1800-0630
4 shifts per week at 10 hours per shift
Guaranteed 40 hours weekly
No on-call requirement
Floating within scope to similar units

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in respiratory therapy specialty
Active IL RT license required if applicable
AHA certifications required per position specifications
Cerner EMR experience strongly preferred
2 professional references from similar experience (1-2 years)

Additional Information

Provide respiratory care services across a wide range of inpatient units and patient populations
RTO must be disclosed at time of consideration
Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility with no exceptions to the radius rule
Local candidates will not be considered
