Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Oncology unit position requiring a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience and an OK or compact RN license.

Details

• Work in an Adult Oncology Unit caring for medical, oncology, and end-of-life patients
• Day shift schedule from 06:30-19:00
• 13-week assignment length
• Weekend coverage required up to 6 shifts within a 6-week schedule period
• Holiday coverage required based on departmental need

Requirements

• Active OK or compact RN license required
• Current certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
• Minimum 2 years of recent RN experience required
• Oncology experience required
• Chemotherapy certification preferred, with only experienced clinicians expected to administer chemotherapy
• Chemo education through ONS preferred but not required
• Nursys license verification required within 30 days prior to start
• Current license and primary source verification required within 30 days prior to start

• First-time travelers may be considered depending on experience level
