Description

American Traveler is hiring an RN for an SSSU/PACU position requiring 2+ years of SSSU/PACU/Pre/Post experience and WA or compact RN licensure.

Details

Covers Outpatient Services including Day Surgery, Endoscopy Lab, PACU, Pre-operative Clinic, and conscious sedation for special procedures
Floating required across the entire Outpatient Services area
Schedule consists of four 10-hour day shifts with a variable schedule
Shared on-call rotation for PACU required

Requirements

Active WA or compact RN license required
Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS
Minimum of 2 years SSSU/PACU/Pre/Post experience required
Strong skills in Pre, Post, PACU, Phase II, Endoscopy, and Infusion required

Additional Information

Provide perioperative education and care with nursing assessment skills
Recognize post anesthesia and post-operative complications
