Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Emergency Department position requiring ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NRP certifications with Med Surg floating responsibilities.

Details

Work in the Emergency Department of a hospital setting
May float to Med Surg unit with a census ratio of 2:3-5
Night shift schedule, 3x12 hours from 19:00 to 7:00
Blocked scheduling with 6 consecutive shifts in a row

Requirements

Active RN license (ID or Compact) required
Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NRP
Minimum 2 years of experience required
Two professional references required, each covering 2 years of experience in the specialty

Additional Information

Provide emergency department nursing care with potential Med Surg coverage as needed
Previous staff must have been separated from the facility for at least 1 year to return as a traveler
