Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Med/Surg Tele RN for a night shift position at a Level II Trauma Center requiring Epic experience and a CT or compact RN license.

Details

• Work on a 34-bed Med/Surg Tele unit within a short-term acute care hospital
• Night shift schedule (3x12 hours, 1900-0730)
• Required to work every other weekend and holidays as needed
• Floating required as needed
• Part of a large health system with free parking available

Requirements

• Active CT or compact RN license required
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg Tele nursing experience required
• Epic EMR experience required

Additional Information

• Facility is a Level II Trauma Center
• Flu vaccine required with no declinations accepted
• COVID vaccine and booster accepted only with religious or medical exemption
• Must reside more than 75 miles from the facility to be eligible for travel rate
• Returning former perm staff must have been separated for at least 2 years to be considered as a traveler
• Facility allows up to 7 days of auto-approved RTO
