Description

American Traveler is seeking a Respiratory Therapist for a 13-week night shift assignment in an acute care hospital requiring RRT/CRT certification and 1-2 years of experience.

Details

Acute care Level 3 trauma center setting
Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in the Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation department under physician direction
Patient population ranges from neonate to geriatric
Caseload of up to 30 patients per day
Uses Allscripts EMR
12-hour night shift schedule
No call requirements

Requirements

ACLS (AHA) and BLS (AHA) certification required
PALS (AHA) and NRP certification required
RRT via NBRC required, or CRT/NBRC credential accepted
1-2 years of experience required
Graduate of AMA-accredited School of Respiratory Therapy
AZ Respiratory Care License required if applicable
