Description

American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist with 2+ years of critical care RT experience for a 13-week assignment requiring intubation and arterial line insertion skills.

Details

• Respiratory Care unit setting
• Scheduled shifts from 06:00 to 18:30
• Every other weekend and every other holiday rotation
• 13-week assignment length
• May require floating onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles
• Uses Epic EMR

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Respiratory Therapy including critical care
• Experience with intubation and arterial line insertion required
• Prior travel experience required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Current BLS, PALS, ACLS, and NRP certifications (AHA required)
• Current license and primary source verification required within 30 days prior to assignment start
• WI license required if applicable

Additional Information

• Perform respiratory therapy duties within a critical care setting
• Provide skills checklist and two separate professional references for consideration
• Copy of driver's license required for consideration
• Local candidates accepted, though radius rules may apply and could affect pay rate
• First-time travelers may be considered given prior travel experience requirement
