Description

American Traveler is hiring a Registered Nurse for a Telemetry unit position requiring a CA RN license and Epic EMR experience.

Details

• Works in the Telemetry unit
• Day shift schedule, 3x12 hours from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
• 13-week assignment length

Requirements

• Active CA RN license required in-hand at time of application (EMSA not accepted)
• Minimum one year of acute care experience required
• Specialty unit experience requires at least one year full-time equivalent experience within the past two years
• Epic EMR experience required and must be documented in work history
• Two supervisor references required
• Prior travel nursing experience required
• CPI Blue Card from the Crisis Prevention Institute required in-hand for ER and Float Pool RNs (online or MAB certification not accepted)

Additional Information

• Local candidates accepted at the same rate as travel candidates
• Previous permanent staff must be gone a minimum of one year to return as a traveler
• Manager may choose not to conduct an interview prior to placement
