Description

American Traveler is hiring an RN Circulator for the Operating Room, requiring 2+ years of OR circulating experience across multiple surgical specialties and a WV or compact RN license.

Details

• Level III trauma hospital operating room with 7 OR rooms
• RN Circulator role covering General, GYN, Vascular, Ortho, Urology, Podiatry, and da Vinci Robot cases
• Serves patients of all ages
• 1:1 patient ratios
• Uses Meditech EHR
• Shift runs 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
• Every other weekend required with potential for additional coverage
• Call requirements include 1 night per week and 1 weekend per month
• Interdepartmental floating required as needed

Requirements

• Active RN license in WV or compact license required
• BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications required (AHA certifications required)
• 2+ years of RN OR circulating experience required
• Experience circulating in General, GYN, Vascular, Ortho, Urology, Podiatry, and da Vinci Robot cases required
• OR scrub/circulator experience preferred

• Scrubs supplied by facility; casual wear and other facility-branded attire not permitted
• Candidates must reside 60 miles or greater from the facility to be considered for travel assignment
• Candidates cannot have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months
• Candidates cannot be employed elsewhere full time
