Description

American Traveler is hiring an RN for a Home Health position requiring 2 years of recent home health experience and a NJ or compact RN license.

Details

Home health setting providing care to patients recently discharged from hospitals and nursing facilities
Caseload includes wound care, wound vacs, Pleurx drains, ostomies, heart failure, diabetes, oncology, post-surgical, and ortho patients
Day shift schedule, 5x8 hours, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Productivity expectation of 6 visits per day or equivalent (admissions count as 2 visits)
Required to work every 5th weekend
Required to work every other holiday

Requirements

Active NJ or Compact RN license required
Minimum 2 years of recent Home Health experience required
Med Surg skills required
OASIS and Epic EMR experience required
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
Active BLS certification that does not expire within 30 days of assignment start

No mileage reimbursement provided
COVID-19 and Flu vaccines required with no exemptions
