Description

American Traveler is hiring a Registered Nurse for an Oncology unit position requiring oncology and Epic experience with a current IL RN license.

Details

Work in the Oncology unit of a hospital setting
Night shift schedule, 3x12-hour shifts from 19:00-7:30
Required to work every other weekend with some possible holidays
Uses Epic charting system

Requirements

Active IL RN license required in hand
Oncology nursing experience required
Epic EMR experience required
Less than 2 years of experience accepted
Current Nursys report required, pulled within the last 2 weeks
No license violations or hits allowed

Additional Information

Provide nursing care to oncology patients on the unit
RTO limited to no more than 3 days, with no RTO during the first or last week of the contract
Any scheduling requests must be made at time of submission and discussed during the interview
Former staff from University of Chicago Medicine locations must have been separated for at least 7 months before returning as a traveler
Locals accepted at the same bill rate
