Description
American Traveler is hiring a Cath Lab RN with at least 2 years of interventional cardiac cath lab experience and NJ or compact RN licensure for a day-shift travel assignment.
Details
- Work in an Interventional Cardiac Cath Lab setting
- Day shift schedule, 4x10-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- On-call requirement of 7-10 days per month
- First-time travelers are accepted for this unit
Requirements
- Active NJ or compact RN license required in hand at time of consideration
- Current certifications in ACLS and BLS
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab setting
- Experience with cardiac cath lab procedures including diagnostic and interventional catheterizations
- Experience with left and right heart catheterization and Percutaneous Coronary Interventions (PCI)
- Experience with IABP placement/removal and Impella insertion
- Experience with Transesophageal Echocardiogram (TEE) preferred
- Epic charting experience preferred
Additional Information
- Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible for this position
- Former staff must wait at least 1 year before returning as a traveler
- No travel pairs or groups accepted for this assignment
- All requested time off must be listed at time of consideration
