Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced Telemetry RN for a night shift contract requiring 2+ years of MS/Tel experience and prior travel assignment history.
Details
- Night shift position in a Telemetry unit
- 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week, start time 19:00
- Every other weekend required
- Holiday coverage as needed
- First to float to other MS/Tel units
- No on-call requirements
Requirements
- Active RN license (IL)
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required
- 2+ years of MS/Tel experience required, 5+ years preferred
- Must have prior travel assignment experience
- Epic EMR experience required and noted in employment history
- New graduates will not be considered
Additional Information
- Provide telemetry nursing care within a Medical-Surgical/Telemetry unit
- Local candidates accepted at the same rate
- Returning permanent or per diem staff must be away for 12 months before being considered as a traveler
- RTO limited to a maximum of 3 days for this 8-week contract
