Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced Home Health RN for a Monday-Friday day shift assignment requiring home health or hospice experience and a reliable vehicle for patient visits.
Details
- Home health setting serving a branch with approximately 100 patients
- Caseload of 5-6 patients per day
- Documentation completed using HCHB charting system
- Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- No night visits made from this office
- On-call rotation required approximately every 6-7 weeks for one week of nights (5pm-8am) plus the corresponding weekend
Requirements
- Active RN license (NC or compact) currently in hand
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
- Home health and hospice experience required
- Reliable personal vehicle required for patient visits
Additional Information
- Dress code requires navy or navy/white scrubs for nursing staff
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility; no local candidates accepted
