Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Telemetry position requiring cardiac dysrhythmia management skills and travel RN experience.

Details

• Work in the Telemetry unit of a hospital setting
• Cardiac dysrhythmia, trauma, and GI patient population
• Day shift schedule (3x12 Hours, 7:00am-7:30pm)

Requirements

• Active CA RN license required
• Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, and Management of Assaultive Behavior (MAB)
• Minimum 1 year of telemetry nursing experience required
• Prior travel RN experience required
• Skilled in cardiac monitoring and emergency response
• Proficient in interpretation and management of cardiac dysrhythmias

Additional Information

• Provide cardiac monitoring and emergency response for telemetry patients
• Interpret and manage cardiac dysrhythmias as part of daily responsibilities
• Strict dress code enforced: no facial hair, acrylic nails, unnatural hair colors, visible body piercings other than earrings, facial or nose rings, or hoop/extended earrings; all tattoos must be covered
• All tattoos must be covered while on duty
• COVID vaccination status required for consideration
• Local candidates are accepted at the standard bill rate
• Previous staff must be separated from the facility for at least 1 year before returning as a traveler
