Description
American Traveler is hiring an RN for a 100% Med/Surg Float Pool position requiring CA RN license and recent Epic experience on night shift.
Details
- 100% float position within the Med/Surg Float Pool, floating to all MS/Tele units
- 1:5 patient ratio
- Night shift schedule (3x12 hours, 19:00-7:30)
- 13 or 8 week assignment lengths available
- Weekend block scheduling accepted
- Uses Epic EMR
Requirements
- Active CA RN license (permanent, current Nursys in hand at time of consideration)
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 2 years of directly related RN experience in area of specialty
- Minimum 1 year of travel experience required
- Recent Epic experience required; candidates without Epic experience will not be considered as facility does not provide training
- Proof of COVID vaccination required
- Valid driver's license with proof of current, permanent address required
- Two professional references required at supervisor level or above (Charge Nurse references not accepted)
Additional Information
- Float to multiple Med/Surg and Telemetry units as needed
- Local candidates accepted at the same bill rate
- Candidates must live within 75 miles of the facility for local rate consideration
- Maximum of 5 days RTO, including one holiday
- RTO must be submitted upfront and no changes accepted after submission
- Truncated compliance accepted
