Description
American Traveler is hiring an RN for a PCU Float position requiring CA RN license, BLS, ACLS, and recent Epic experience in a 100% float pool role.
Details
- 100% float pool position, floating to both telemetry and non-telemetry units
- 1:5 patient ratio
- Night shift, 3x12 hours (19:00-7:30)
- 13 or 8 week assignment lengths available
- Weekend block scheduling accepted
- Uses Epic EMR
Requirements
- Active CA RN license with current Nursys in hand at time of consideration
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 2 years of directly related RN experience in area of specialty
- Minimum 1 year of travel nursing experience required
- Recent Epic EMR experience required
- Must be COVID vaccinated
- Two professional references required at supervisor level or above (Charge Nurse references not accepted)
- Valid driver's license with proof of current, permanent address required
Additional Information
- Float to telemetry and non-telemetry units as needed
- Maximum 5 days of RTO with one holiday included
- RTO must be submitted upfront with no changes accepted after consideration, max 7 days
- Accepts local candidates at the same bill rate
- Local candidates must live within 75 miles of the facility
- Truncated compliance accepted
