Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Step Down Unit (SDU) position requiring cardiac rhythm recognition skills and a CA RN license.
Details
- Step Down Unit (SDU) setting within a hospital
- 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
- 36 hours per week over a 12-week assignment
- Uses Epic EMR system
Requirements
- Active CA RN license required at time of consideration
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Minimum 1 year recent full-time equivalent experience within the last 3 years
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Experience in cardiac rhythm recognition required
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field preferred
- Last 4 digits of SSN and date of birth required for consideration
Additional Information
- Accepts local candidates at the same rate as travel pay
- Contingent workers may not exceed two years on assignment without taking 90 days off in a row
- Permanent staff must be away for 6 months before becoming eligible for a travel assignment
