Description

American Traveler is hiring a Medical Surgical RN for a night shift position requiring 2 years of acute care experience and a CO or compact RN license.

Details

• 24-bed inpatient medical surgical unit caring for a diverse population with acute and chronic conditions
• Night shift, 3x12 hours (19:00-07:00), various days of the week
• Weekend shifts required per unit needs
• No on-call requirements
• Nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:4-1:5, which may flex up based on staffing and unit needs
• May float within scope to a sister facility as needed
• Epic charting system used
• Navy blue scrubs required

Requirements

• Active RN license (CO or compact) required
• BLS certification (AHA) required
• Minimum 2 years of acute care experience required
• Must be comfortable working in environments with flexible staffing ratios
