Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for an outpatient orthopedic clinic, requiring 2+ years of experience with no new grads accepted.

Details

Outpatient clinic setting within the PT Outpatient unit
Caseload averages 12-14 patients per day, approximately 60 per week
Schedule includes Monday-Thursday shifts (7 AM-3 PM and 11 AM-7 PM) and Fridays 7/8 AM-3/4 PM
No weekend shifts required
Locations commonly double-book patients, though average caseload remains consistent
Uses RainTree EMR system
Full support staff available including front office and PT Aides/Techs

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience required
Experience in orthopedic outpatient settings required
Experience with personal injury and workers' comp cases required
No new graduates accepted
License required if applicable

Additional Information

Clinic Director provides a first-day introduction (FDI) a few days before assignment start, including staff introductions, EMR orientation, and shadowing treatments
Second day typically involves full patient treatment responsibilities
Clinicians carry a caseload similar to that of facility employees
Travel pairs accepted
