Home health setting covering Cuyahoga County, northern Summit County, and Lake County
Day shift schedule, 5x8 hours, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
HomeCare HomeBase charting experience preferred but not required

Requirements

Valid Ohio PT license required prior to start date; license required if applicable
Cannot start assignment with a pending license
