Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Emergency Dept night shift position requiring an active OH or compact license and prior ER experience.

Details

• Emergency Room setting
• 13-week assignment on night shift (7p-730a)
• Weekend requirement of 5 weekend shifts per the 6-week schedule

Requirements

• Active OH or compact RN license required
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, PALS
• Associate degree in nursing required, Bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and critical thinking skills required
• Ability to exert up to 20-50 lbs of force occasionally and up to 10-25 lbs frequently

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and supervise individual patient care using the nursing process
• Accept responsibility for directing co-workers and delegating role-appropriate tasks
• Must reside outside a 60-mile radius of the facility
