Need Specifics: Physical Therapist needed for 6-8 Weeks! Dates: 08/28-10/14. Setting : Outpatient and Swing bed (Large Peds population at this facility). Candidate must have experience with Pediatrics, Outpatient and Swing bed and must be listed on work history at time of submission. Shift : 8 Hour Days, M-F, 40 GHs per week. Weekends : Possible - depends on if there is a Swing bed Eval needed (would discuss with staff). Holidays : No, as Outpatient Services are closed on Holidays. Float requirements : Swing bed if needed. Certs required : AHA BLS. Must have AR license and NPI number. Education : Bachelor's Degree. Looking for 2 years of experience minimum. Open to new travelers, but they must have 5+ years of experience. Unit information : 15 Inpatient Care Unit beds and 10 Emergency beds. There is also a Director and an OT on staff. EMR : Meditech Expanse. Scrub color : Black scrubs required. Can wear a t-shirt, but must wear black scrub bottoms.
