Home Care RN position requiring OASIS experience. Responsibilities include patient assessment, care planning, case management, OASIS documentation, McKesson EMR use, wound care, IV therapy, patient education, interdisciplinary coordination, and compliance with state and federal regulations.
TriOptus Job ID #292586. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 37 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
