Description
Join our skilled team of imaging professionals as an IR Tech and use your expertise to perform invasive diagnostic and interventional procedures. You will be responsible for the operation and quality assurance of film processing, patient monitoring, and x-ray equipment.
Minimum Requirements:
- 2 years of IR Lab experience with references.
- Experience scrubbing and circulating in an Interventional Radiology or Cath Lab setting.
- Familiarity with CT-guided and ultrasound-guided biopsies and drainages, and a range of Cath lab and IR cases.
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification.
- Graduate of an AMA‑approved accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
- BLS certification.
- State radiologic technologist license for Texas.
- Ability to participate in a shared on-call rotation (on call seven days a week, split among staff).
- Preferred: prior experience with CT, ultrasound, IR and Cath lab equipment. Candidates with these preferred skills will be considered first.

- Typical Day Staffing: example model includes 3 RNs and 2 techs on day shift.
- On-call Requirement: on call coverage for nights; shared among staff.
